Jag har alltid tyckt att det har varit roligt att pyssla och komma på nya saker. Det var först för 3 år sedan som jag kom på att jag kunde göra detta med choklad; choklad som jag tycker så mycket om!
Det jag hela tiden har strävat efter är att varje pralin skall vara en ny upplevelse, en ny njutning. Det är viktigt att pralinen smälter i munnen och att smaker verkligen kommer fram och fyller sinnena!
Det är även viktigt att presentasken ser inbjudande och vacker ut. Den har också utvecklats under åren och blivit mer exklusiv.
Från början gjorde jag tryfflarna främst för att ge bort till släktingar vid jul, men under de senaste 2 åren har efterfrågan på mina tryffelaskar ökat och fler och fler vill köpa dem för att själva ge bort dem som present. Detta har gjort mig glad och inspirerad till att faktiskt starta den här bloggen. På så sätt hoppas jag kunna nå ut till fler; så fler får njuta av min choklad!
For 3 years I have worked and developed my truffles and I can now introduce 22 different kinds.
I've always enjoyed crafts and to create new things. It was only three years ago that I realized that I could do this with chocolate, chocolate that I love so much!
What I have tried to accomplish with each truffle is to make a new experience, a new pleasure. It's important that the truffle melts in your mouth and that the flavors really fill the senses.
It is also important that the gift box looks inviting and beautiful. It has also been developed over the years ans has become more exclusive.
From the beginning, I made truffles particularly to giva away to relatives at Christmas, but over the past two years, the demand for my truffleboxes has increased and more and more people want to buy them, for themselves or as gifts for friends. This has made me happy and inspired to actually start this blog. This way I hope to reach more people, so more people can enjoy my chocolate!
